The local branch of German military intelligence and counterintelligence, Abwehrnebenstelle Reval, used the buildings at Koidula 3 and Koidula 14 in Tallinn from 1941 to 1944. The branch was headed by frigate captain Alexander Cellarius. This marker identifies the building at Koidula 14.
