Legend of the Execution Stone
An execution stone makes a compelling dark tale, but claims of bloodstains or axe marks require evidence.
It is easy to give an old city stone a grim name. An unusual hollow or darker patch can become a supposed trace of public execution in a story, even when the object’s actual use has not been studied. This general Old Town map point does not identify a surviving execution stone. Without a historical record or documented provenance, the account remains folklore. It can be heard as such without adding invented details to the lives of victims.

Treat the Old Town map point as a setting for folklore. Do not identify marks on a particular stone as human blood without evidence.
