Newspapers of the 1930s consistently list the Gnadeberg and Leyden pharmacy at Suur-Karja 4. In 1936 the business marked its 125th anniversary. Night-duty notices show how private pharmacies formed Tallinn’s out-of-hours medical network before the war.
