By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. The portal operator is MINUFIRMANIMI OÜ.

2. Nature of the service

TallinnSecrets.ee is a free informational cultural history and local-lore map portal. Registration is not required. The platform currently offers no paid service and enters into no subscription contract with the user.

3. Permitted use

You may use the platform for personal and lawful purposes. You must not disrupt the service, make abusive automated bulk requests, bypass security measures, distribute malware, or use content in a way that infringes copyright, privacy, property or another right.

4. Visiting places

A map marker does not give permission to enter private land, a closed building, a construction site or a restricted area. Follow traffic rules, signs, opening hours, owner instructions and official directions. Do not climb structures or damage heritage. In an immediate emergency in Estonia, call 112.

5. Accuracy and availability

We aim to publish carefully prepared information, but cities, access, prices, opening hours and the condition of objects may change. Historical sources may conflict and folklore may not be proven fact. Verify time-critical or safety-related information through an official source.

External links and map services are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability or data processing, and their own terms apply.

7. Intellectual property

Rights in original texts, design and identifiers belong to MINUFIRMANIMI OÜ or the identified rights holder. Map data and third-party materials are subject to their own licences. See “Copyright and map data”.

8. Changes and discontinuation

We may reasonably change, suspend or discontinue content, functions and these terms. We will update the date when a material change is made. Estonian law applies; disputes should first be addressed in good faith by email.
